FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER

Before founding Atlantic Alliance in 2003, Alejandro was Managing Director at SEI Investments, a leading asset management and financial technology firm. He initially led SEI’s Latin American asset management business and later led the development of partnerships with financial institutions across Continental Europe. Earlier in his career, Alejandro held senior capital markets roles at Paribas (now BNP Paribas)— where he headed the European fixed income emerging markets sales, trading, and research team — as well as at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan, focusing on fixed income markets. Alejandro has served as a non-executive director of Climate Change Capital, a London-based asset management firm owned by Bunge, and helped set up and briefly run a leasing company focused on the space industry. He currently sits on the boards of a single family office, a US-based technology company, and a Latin American financial institution. His career has spanned Europe, the United States, and Latin America. He holds a degree in Economics from UCA in Buenos Aires and an MSc in Finance from London Business School.
